Experience
Nicole joined our Real Estate team as a Consultant in 2023. During her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, she gained her first professional experience in the areas of Human Resources and Recruiting within a European Real Estate investment management company. Afterwards, she deepened her knowledge in Recruiting at a Big 4 consulting firm. With her acquired skillset, also within the Real Estate sector, she is a great asset to FRED.
Her creativity and affinity for social media help her to identify new strategies and trends in recruitment at an early stage, and to use them successfully.
In the meantime, she pursues her other passion – chocolate.
