FRED Executive Search is a finance, real estate and digital specialized personnel consultancy (“headhunter”), which searches on behalf of clients (mandate business) via direct approach to specialists and executives for companies. We process your personal data in order to be able to present you suitable vacancies.

We process your personal data for the following purpose:

The processing of personal data by FRED Executive Search is done as part of the provision of services. In this process, we collect relevant data from publicly available sources, such as Professional networks.

The processing takes place either on the basis of the legal basis of Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR, or Article 6 (1) of the GDPR. If processing is necessary to safeguard the legitimate interests of our company or a third party and if the interests, fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject do not outweigh the former interest, then Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR serves as the legal basis for the processing.

If your personal data are processed, you have the right to obtain information about the data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR).

If incorrect personal data are processed, you are entitled to a correction (Art. 16 GDPR).

If the legal prerequisites exist, you can demand the deletion or limitation of the processing. (Articles 17, 18 GDPR).

If you have consented to data processing or a data-processing contract and the processing of data is carried out using automated procedures, you may be entitled to data transferability (Article 20 GDPR).

9. Withdrawal with consent
