Cynthia began her career in headhunting with an internship at a Franco-German recruitment consultancy in France, which sparked her curiosity and led her to FRED for another internship. After completing her Bachelor’s degree in International Business and Languages, Cynthia rejoined FRED in 2020.
Cynthia is a substantial part the Digital team. Her organisational and communication skills paired with her ambition predestine her for the job as a headhunter.
