Florian is an advisor at FRED. He is also Managing Partner at shape.re, a specialist con-sulting firm focussing on sustainable digital transformation in the Real Estate industry. Previously, Florian was Head of Digitalisation, responsible for the digital transformation of Commerz Real AG and Executive Director and founder of the award-winning tech start-up DECK13, which he successfully sold.
