Experience
Hans Mantell is a native of Frankfurt and lives with his family in Ginnheim. Computer technology and data have always fascinated him, leading him to learn programming and explore the networked world at the age of 13. He studied Computer Science and Linguistics and began his career in headhunting in 2000. He joined a consultancy specializing in financial services to build up research, IT, processes, and subsequently international locations.
As a consultant with expertise in Financial Services and Technology, Hans has successfully executed numerous searches in banking, digital, and data, establishing a strong network across both startups and major corporations in Germany.
He has been active as an entrepreneur since 2007 and was a founding partner of Indigo Headhunters. As a spin-off, he co-founded FRED Executive Search with Szymon in 2017 — a headhunting boutique now firmly established in the German market.
