FRED Executive Search processes personal data to fulfill service contracts.
In the processing of personal data necessary for the performance of a contract of which the data subject is a party, Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR serves as the legal basis. This also applies to processing operations required to carry out pre-contractual measures.

- Candidates who are at the customer during the recruitment process
- Service providers and processors required by the FRED Executive Search to complete the search
6. Duration of storage of personal data
FRED Executive Search uses and processes your data within the legally permitted or legally required duration and the duration of a business relationship, which includes, for example, the initiation or execution of a consulting mandate.
